Emily Rosenbloom | Senior Program Manager, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA)
Emily Rosenbloom is the Senior Program Manager for heat pump water heaters at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA). In this role, Emily collaborates closely with market partners to generate alignment on heat pump water heater product efficiency and performance and manages strategies to enable product adoption. Most recently, Emily served as a key representative to deliver a joint comment to U.S. DOE on behalf of national manufacturers and efficiency advocates that recommended the majority of electric storage water heaters shift to heat pump technology. Under her leadership NEEA’s heat pump water heater program has reported a 20% increase in market share across the Northwest.
Prior to joining NEEA Emily held roles at PECI and CLEAResult, where she developed M&V protocols to confirm savings from the installation of emerging technologies in commercial buildings. Additionally, she established standard savings values for lighting, refrigeration, and commercial new construction measures for utilities across California, the Northwest and the Northeast. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont in Natural Resources and Environmental Studies.
