Anne Yardley Caldwell has had a diverse and extensive career in the industry. She brings manyyears of experience, starting her journey with family by working in the industrial supply businessfor 30 years before joining Elmco Stewart, a part of Morris Group International, for the last decade. Her focus has been on representing Colmac Heat Pumps and spearheading sustainable projects in Southern California.

Anne has been deeply involved in various sectors including higher education, hospitals, multifamily housing, affordable housing, stadiums, and hotels. Her work is bolstered by substantial incentives in California, which support projects utilizing advanced technologies like heat pumps. She finds great satisfaction in leveraging heat pumps and water reuse solutions to drive towards potential net-zero projects.

Beyond her professional achievements, Anne embraces her role as a grandmother of two and a mother of two. She also nurtures a passion for sports, friends and travel, rounding out her vibrant personality and interests outside of work.
